1. Clinical Requirements for Spravato By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following FDA-mandated safety protocols:

Direct Observation: Spravato must be administered under the direct supervision of a healthcare provider.

Observation Period: You agree to remain at Breakthrough Wellness for a minimum of two hours post-administration for medical monitoring.

Transportation: You are strictly prohibited from driving or operating heavy machinery until the day after treatment. You must arrange for a responsible adult to drive you home from the clinic.

2. SMS Terms

Usage: Breakthrough Wellness uses SMS for administrative purposes only.

3. Appointment Policy Spravato requires a strict induction schedule. Failure to attend scheduled sessions may result in a requirement to restart the induction phase, subject to medical director approval and insurance authorization.
